At Gritsaidesign we aim to get items out as quickly as possible.Upon ordering from us with regular shipping speed, you can expect your order to have a 3-4 business day processing time.
Orders within the USA are shipped via UPS or USPS. This shipping service usually takes 3-5 days to reach destination. However, this time frame is an estimate and unexpected delays may occur.If expedited shipping is desired, the option for increased shipping speed is available,please contact our customer care team to provide payment info and have your package's shipping status upgraded.

Return Policy
Gritsaidesign allows returns for refund or exchange on full price merchandise. If you would like to return an item, pls send a request to our Email within 7 days of the item delivery date starting a reason for the return. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the return request approval.Please see below for details of the return policy:
- item must not be worn,altered or washed
- item must must have all tags attached
- initial shipping charges cannot be refunded
- Gritsaidesign has the right to refuse any returns which do not meet the return policy requirements or returned without a request
